Senior Flutter Engineer (Flutter, Node.js, AWS)

Location: Hybrid (core team in Almaty; weekly hackathons on-site)
We’re building the world’s most engaging endurance-training platform for runners. We shape code, our code shapes users. Our team is strong and we only look for people who believe they will raise the bar.
We recently raised pre-seed round and are now valued at $3M. The ideal candidate will receive a genrous equity.
You will:
• Own end-to-end user stories across Flutter mobile app (Dart) and Nest.js micro-services (TypeScript)
• Ship new features — from designing PostgreSQL schemas to animating workout cards
• Improve performance, write tests, and automate deployments with AWS CDK
You did:
• Built & shipped or worked on at least one production-ready Flutter app (not just another to-do app)
• Solid Node/TypeScript fundamentals; can spin up a Nest.js/Express REST endpoint with Prisma & Postgres
• GitHub PR workflow, test-first mindset, hunger to learn fast

Compensation range for this role is up to $2000 cash + equity (0.1%-5%).
